Job description
We at Black and White Business Solutions Pvt Ltd are looking for an ambitious, result oriented Data analyst/Engineer/Developer with technical background to join our growth-oriented, passionate team at Indiranagar, CMH Road, Bangalore.
Note: No option of WFH.
Shift: Day Shift
Experience : 1-4 years
Location :Bangalore- CMH road, Indiranagar
Notice Period : Immediate Joiner Required
Graduates: Any Technical Graduate or Post Graduate (Computer Science)
Designation: Business Analyst (Project Management)
Specific Requirements:
- Database management which includes uploading, reviewing and maintaining data to drive process/business.
- Interpret needs and design reports to meet end user expectations in order to support all strategic and tactical needs of the company
- Dashboard development and generation for daily, weekly, monthly and all reporting requests.
- Test all new reports/deliverables and periodically review them for quality control.
- Manage multiple projects/tasks and understand unique features and challenges of SaaS applications.
- Work with stakeholders, vendors and development team to understand and manage business process, challenges, gather Business Requirements, identified process specifications and develop the required solutions.
Technology Requirements:
- Experience in building complex SQL, Advanced Excel and Business Intelligence tools
- Robust logical & analytical concepts in databases
- Experience in customizing software user-wise, building reports and dashboards. CRM(Zoho) or Tableau or Power BI preferred.
Behavioural Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
- Excellent communication skills required – oral and written.
- Self-driven to achieve assigned targets.
- Positive attitude, interest in learning new skills and ability to research, understand the business process.
