About Product: Siterecon is a geospatial platform designed to order survey features of any particular site and then explore the site and delivered measurements data on a map. It also has tools to work on top of the delivered data. Our data delivery is done by state-of-the-art AI with human in the loop pipeline.
About the Market: Although our technology applies to a lot of applications especially related to site-based operations industry, our Primary market is the landscaping industry in the United States, Canada, and Australia. Combined size of Industry in these 3 countries alone makes up a staggering $140B.
Who are we looking for:
SiteRecon is looking for a GIS -Quality Analyst who will focus on needs of the business and primarily diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in customer delight. He / She will work on all project stages, from initial research and data mining, through analysis, transformation and integration into the final product. He/she will be responsible for the quality of data or projects .
You will be working together with the core team of SiteRecon – all graduates from IITs working at the cutting edge for the past few years, CEO (LinkedIn), CPO (LinkedIn), and CDS (LinkedIn).
What you will do:
- Identify Optimal solution of the problem, GIS Data handling
- Prepare Functional and Technical Design Documents
- Analyze business requirements, Manage Stakeholder Communication, Raise Risks in time.
- Provide support for JIRAs, Map Feedback and Map Jobs etc.
- Source data input processing and analysis.
- Be a point of contact for all Quality-related communication.
- Perform high priority and change detection activities with help of probe and other source data.
- Participate in projects to develop improved map creation processes.
What do we look for in?
- Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in the field such as Computer science & Geoinformatics.
- Degree or Diploma in GIS/Geography, Science, Technology or related field preferred.
- Preferring candidates with less than 3 weeks notice period.
- Local geographic knowledge/affinity/contextual understanding/cultural awareness.
- Well-developed knowledge of product specifications and proprietary tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically with Excel and Word
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English .
- Knowledge of GIS data formats and handling of Spatial data.
- Ability to gather, understand, and critically analyze spatial and tabular data.
- Have worked on QGIS, GeoServer and other open-source platforms.
- Experience in Postgres or any other spatial databases
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS
- Programming experience in Python preferred.
- Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines in the given time frame.
- should have strong analytical skills and affinity to solve problems individually or collaboratively as a team.
- Should have leadership qualities.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and skills.
- History of teamwork and willingness to support the team to get the job done.
- Self-motivated, flexible and reliable.

- Morning – Night Shift
- Number of working hours– 9 hours
- Working Days: Monday-Saturday
