Job Location: Bhubaneswar
Job responsibilities:
- On a need basis, basis develop and implement databases, data collection systems and other strategies to optimise statistical efficiency and quality reports.
- Analysing business trends, market potential and assigning business targets.
- Presenting the findings and business patterns to senior management
- Communicating the business insights to the field team for improvement
- Review of business process and optimize the operations
- Utilising analytical and statistical knowledge to assist with the new product development.
- Assist in the expansion of AFPL operational areas working along with other business domains
- Device scenario analysis and device contingency plan to deal with various risk events.
- Generate business performance reports for all the stakeholders.
- Liaison with software vendors to effectively communicate the business requirement and monitor the progress for proper implementation.
- Identify the business problems, facilitate workshops among stakeholders for consensus and formulate solutions in a timely manner.
Desired qualification required :-
• Motivated self-starter. Willingness to learn and ask questions.
• Good communication, presentation, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Knowledge of Data visualization software (Power BI or Tableau)
• Ability to work in national environments and flexibility to travel.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under time pressure.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to interact with senior management and external stakeholders.
