Global Analytical Center Operations team

Functional Responsibility

• Work on large data sets and perform data analysis to generate periodic reports and dashboards

• Should possess excellent excel knowledge and good knowledge of Python, Power BI, Tableau etc., to ideate and drive efficiency projects

• Should be updated with latest tools and technologies that can be used to drive process improvement projects

• Should able to do project planning and management

• Should be able to provide technical solutions to business requirements

Process Adherence

• Maintain the integrity and quality of data

• Execute assigned tasks as per the instructions / guidelines

• Ensures adherence to Compliance, Confidentiality and Information Security Policies, Procedures and Guidelines of the organization

Client / Stakeholder Management

• Proactive communication with various stakeholders

• Build rapport with clients / stakeholders at operational touch points

• Should be seen as a value-added team for both internal and external stakeholders

Three years full time Graduation: B.Com / BMS / BBI / BAF or Computer Science, Data Science/ Data Analytics certifications from renowned institutions

• 2 – 4 years in relevant subject

• Prior experience of executing automation and efficiency projects

• Prior relevant experience within MIS / Reporting functions of an organization would be an added advantage

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint

• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tool like Python, Power BI, Tableau etc.

• Positive attitude with qualities of a team player
