Job Summary:
This team uses financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting to help clients and organizations exercise and imply financial control.
- Ability to work on finance and accounting systems.
- Working knowledge of budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, financial reporting, variance analysis, trend analysis and cost control.
- Strong understanding of business impact of expense management.
- Strong MS Excel skills with aptitude to extract information from existing business systems.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work on Presentation tools (e.g. MS PowerPoint) to prepare summary decks.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and story-telling skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate data analysis, insights, and implications.
- Flexibility to support different time-zones and geographies.
- Experience in people management.
