Given Aganithas focus in application of AI and data technologies for R&D in Biopharma, all candidates must possess basic understanding and passion for computing in scientific domains. Specifically, college level understanding and interest in Biology and/or Chemistry are mandatory requirements.
Applying candidates must have intermediate to advanced skill in the following areas:
1. Full stack development with Python, React, GraphQL on Linux
2. Data modelling, visualisation and analysis using both relational and NoSQL database platforms
3. Big data pipelining with Apache Spark
4. Deep learning, NLP and classical ML methods
5. Basic DevOps (Git, Make, Docker, Shell, Networking) skills
