Business Analyst is responsible for understanding the business requirement and assess the change request

by analyze business process. The primary role of business analysis is elicits, analyze and validate the

requirements as per business and stockholders need. Further, responsible to convey requirement to

development team and ensure quality delivery of product.

Role and Responsibility

• Identification of Business requirements across business units by evaluating Business process
• Identify systems processes by evaluation of real-time data
• Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all
  
  stakeholders
• Prioritize requirements after discussion with various stakeholders
• Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change
• Work with the Technical Analyst and development leads to ensure that they understand the
  
  specifications.
• Convert requirement into user stories and help development team to understand requirement.
• Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios for the technology
  
  functionality testing team.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Performing user acceptance testing.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science
• 7+ years of proven experience in requirement gathering and business analysis capacity
• Proven analytical abilities
• Good understanding of Agile development methodology

Hands On experience generating process documentation and reports

• Excellent written and verbal communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable
  
  insights
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications and Application life cycle
  
  management tools like JIRA
