Success in the Role:

During the first 6 to 12 months, the successful candidate will:

• Build and automate data driven Dashboards to be consumed by Marketing Finance & Business Leadership
• Ability to track, measure, and report on results of various marketing functions to determine ROI
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data
• Skilled in problem solving and project management
• To understand the key data elements and the tools where lot of the intelligence resides
• To leverage advanced automation skills and tools like Tableau / Power BI to integrate Finance data along with Marketing relevant data to enable forward looking metrics & investment decision support
• To be aligned to Finance Process Calendar / automate transactional activities and provide meaningful insights in a timely manner
• Collaborate across functions to deliver an effective marketing analytics strategy to meet the business objectives in the most efficient and cost-effective manner

Skillset and Experience (Candidate with 8+ yrs ) in :

• SQL databases and database querying languages.
• Business intelligence and reporting software (Tableau / Power BI)
• Experience in Data mining & Data visualization tools
• Experience on designing dashboards with large data volume from multiple data sources
• Tableau / Power BI experience: Create Prompts, Calculated Fields, customize Calculations, Conditions and Filter (Local, Global) for various analytical reports and dashboards; Effectively used data blending, filters, actions, Hierarchies feature
• Worked on Level of detail expressions and Table Calculations
• Work closely with business partners to influence and guide, to ensure successful global DMT operational execution.
• Carry out job functions in accordance with the organizations principles, policies, and applicable laws
• Self-starter, reliable team player with strong initiative and the ability to thrive in high-intensity, rapidly changing environment
