Role:
The MIS Executive will be responsible for the maintenance, collation and reporting of data relating to Operational Process support across various sub teams in Human Resources. He/she should be responsible for managing complete MIS related activity for Human Resources right from reporting to data crunching and analysis
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Periodic & Ad-hoc Reports in accurate & timely manner for presenting it to the management
- Develop and implement standardized MIS procedures across all business applications in Human Resources
- Work collectively and efficiently.
- Recommend and implement new technology solutions to improve productivity through Automations.
- Publish Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reports to Business Head
- Preparing Power-Point presentations for Business Reviews
Required Skills
- Extremely well versed with MS Office tools (Excel, WORD & PowerPoint) comfortable with all formulas and knowledge in Macro
- Any Degree
- 2 to 8 years Experience
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good Data Analytical Skills
- Should have excellent presentation and excel skills
