Job Role Summary:
This person will be working closely with business or support teams to ensure smooth functioning of the respective Business Unit by identifying gaps, executing projects, and help run the department with a data driven approach. This position requires the candidate to have comfort in MS excel, attention to detail, positive professional attitude, and ability to work in a team environment. One of the main responsibilities is to see a decision or an idea to its execution: setting up a roadmap, setting priorities, and following through with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamlining Processes
- Stakeholder Alignment
- Creating SOPs
- Identifying operational requirements and opportunities for improvement
- Data Management: Analysis of data & Creating Reports
- Communicate with senior people in organization’s to find out what they hope to achieve
Requirements:
- A friendly professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team oriented environment
- Medium proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially MS Excel;
- Excellent communication in Kannada is a must
- Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to learn and adapt to change
