KEY ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Corporate Finance – Analyst
• Track projections vs Actuals and analyze variances
• Regular updation of Financial models/business projections (Hospitality, Residential Commercial)
• Critical analysis to support business incl. monthly reviews, board meetings, etc.
• Make internal financial review/MIS presentations for monthly and quarterly reviews
• Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders for data compilation and analysis (Treasury team, Internal Audit, Accounts, Investor Relations, Secretarial, Tax)
• Study aspects under various transaction structures and recommend the optimal scenario to maximize IRR
• Compliance with LODR reporting requirements and SEBI regulations
• Up to date on current business trends and financial news flow
