Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with Regional Managers in strengthening data flow from field and vice versa.
- Help disseminate dashboards, collect field information required for productivity metrics in respective territories.
- Regularly update Manpower mapping, beat designing, Field Monitoring and reinforce trackers for Central programs to field teams.
- Help Regional Sales Heads to keep updated data in required formats and help disseminate important data required for tracking and managing teams.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of overall experience in MIS function.
- Experience in Pharma sector will be highly preferred
- Experience in working with field teams would be preferred.
- Advanced Excel, Power Query would be a plus. G- Suite applications.
- Excellent data management skills are mandatory
- Ability to work along with field Sales teams.
- Understanding of Business support functions and consider internal customer satisfaction.
- Good organizational & Interpersonal skills, including ability to work efficiently in fast paced dynamic business environment.
