Job Location: Pune
- Implement metrics framework within BU and provide SME support in metrics.
- Subject Matter Expert in various estimation techniques and train delivery in estimation models.
- Perform estimation calibrations. Drive transformational initiatives in metrics and estimation area within the organization.
- Guidance to BU for external certifications CMMI ISO SOC etc and support in implementation and drive results.
- Process consulting to BU and conduct trainings to delivery in Quality domain.
- Develop and refine the Agile and DevOps Delivery Models.
- Self driven and proactive in driving successful initiatives.
- Conduct internal audits and identify potential delivery risks.
Primary Skills
- Implement L4 L5 practices in the BU and develop prediction models.
- Analyze BU metrics data using statistical techniques create baselines and drive process improvements.
- SME support to projects in the BU in SDLC methodologies and in tailoring deviations.
- Conduct trainings on FP and story point based estimation models and support in implementations.
Secondary Skills
- Expertise in metrics measurements, metrics analysis and inferences.
- Excellent knowledge of SDLC Processes.
- Experience in creating metrics dashboards and reports to management team.
- Experience in creating performance baselines and conduct analysis and derive inferences.
- Expertise in various estimation techniques such as relative estimation complexity based FP estimations etc.
