• Knowledge of BA deliverables and Agile methodology Experience

• Conceptual knowledge of Enterprise Technology and Architecture is a plus
• Participate in design reviews of proposed features and assist with requirement validation
• Contribute in development of demo models/ solutions for pre-sales activities & RFP s
• Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio & Project and Excellent Language (Oral & Written English) skills
• Experience in working in multiple projects with customers across various regions
• Experience in functional testing and UAT support
• Provide functional oversight to the team members and serve as reference point for functional clarification
• Attention to detail / detail oriented is required
• Experience in working across nations, with multicultural people and in overlapping EST hours is required.
• Must be open to international travel for short & long term as per requirement
• Creates training modules in areas of expertise to sharpen knowledge of team members
• Experience with SQL Database and PL/SQL

Desired Knowledge

• Knowledge and experience in P&C Insurance and or Life domain is desired.
• Experience in P&C Policy Admin. Agency Management and Underwriting System is desired.
• Understanding of Insurance Industry strategies – New Business strategies, multi-channel structures, Agency setup, Policy Servicing approach, Underwriting and Reinsurance
• Agency Compensation Management including commission distribution and bonus payouts

Qualification

• BTech/MCA/MTech/MBA
• 6-10 Years of IT Experience
• 3 Year+ experience in Insurance industry is desired.
• Valid B1/B2 Visa is desired
