Job Location: Pune
- Conduct sustainability research & analysis of companies across multiple sectors
- Analyse the Annual Reports, CSR Report, Proxy Statement and website of a company to fetch information with regard to revenue related data on companies green products/services
- Understand and analyse company Policies, Processes and Commitments towards the environment/ social and governance
- Assisting manager in stakeholder reporting and team handling
- Create ESG related SOPs, Operational frameworks and process guidelines
- Liaise/ POC for Clients during and after onboarding new businesses
- Work with multiple stake holders to create/ document process collaterals
- Mentoring new joiners and assist in production and quality control of deliverables
- Identify process improvement and cost saving opportunities
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Domain expertise in ESG
- Good Understanding of sustainable products/services across sectors (e.g. Banking, insurance, manufacturing companies)
- Knowledge of industry specific environmental/ social initiatives and technical terms ( e.g Green hydrogen, hydrogen fuel cells, bio products etc.)
- Understanding of various financial terms and statements ( Profit & Loss, cash flow, balance sheet)
- Secondary Research
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Prior experience in ESG/sustainability space is mandatory
