What you will be responsible for

As a Blockchain Business Solutions Architect you will

• Create architecture solution options participate in design, review, and implementation
• Identify issues and provide solutions to complex problems in the blockchain protocol Analyze and solve difficult problems across various blockchain protocol
• Work closely with operations and infrastructure to build high scale services
• Management of documentation of all Blockchain IT arch solution options and functionalities implemented
• Facilitate the integration of cryptocurrencies on our platforms
• Work closely with DevOps and ecosystem engineers to improve tech stack for long-term engineering initiatives
• Solution and architecture aligned to Integration of legacy financial systems with blockchain solutions

Education Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Solutioning/Architecture in Banking Domain
• DLT solutioning: Working knowledge of Blockchain, Nodes, Smart contracts, Consensus mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience in creating IT solution architecture
• Solid Knowledge of DLT – Blockchain, Smartcontracts, Consensus mechanisms, etc.
• Solid knowledge of distributed systems and understanding of consensus algorithms, such as PoW, PoS, PoA, Raft or PBFT etc.
• Knowledge on blockchain networks, system internals such as Ethereum, EOS, or Solona etc.
• Experience with blockchain interoperability is welcome
• Knowledge of private transaction in Consensys Quorum/Hyperledger Besu is a plus
• Open to learning, collaborative, willing to give and receive feedback
• Experienced with various technologies, self-motivated, a fast learner, and have a “get things done” mentality.
• Excellent communication skills and time-management skills are welcome
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and coordination.
• Trade/ Securities Finance back-office front office understanding
• Working experience in Blockchain Architecture solution options
