Quoting Analyst/Billing Executive (Fresher 0-2 Yrs Exp)
Job description
We are looking for Candidates with
1. 0-2 years of work experience ONLY
2. Delhi/NCR ONLY
3. Good English Speaking Communication
4. Excellent grasp of MS OFFICE (MS EXCEL)
Role
1. Business analysts for building complex Quotations and Billing
2. Prepare and ensure accurate and timely delivery of quality documentation to clients
2. Review calculations and documents to identify/resolve errors prior to delivery
3. Monitor and Process Procurements, Inventory and Returns
4. Identify recurring issues that result in poor quality documentation
5. Ensure customer/vendor files are structured and set up as per established process
6. Reconciliations of payables & schedule of receivables etc
On the Job Training provided upon Selection
Profile and Skill Set
1. Understanding of account payables and account receivables (MS EXCEL IS A MUST)
2. Confidence in servicing US based clients with good 2 way communication
3. Ability to quickly learn Billing / Account receivables for Software / Services organization
Qualifications:
All Graduates, BBA, MBA
