About the role

• In the role of Travel and Expense Analyst, you will be part of the new team who builds the DBS Centre in Delhi; transitioning the existing processes into the Centre and being responsible for Travel and Expenses for Dyson.
• Process expense reports in accordance with documented policies procedures
• Respond to e-mail telephone customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Preform corrections of expense reports, manual bookings, rebooking, risk analysis and other process related activities
• Liaise with others to solve process challenges and exceptions
• Support in deployment of new tools applications
• Update and/or create Desktop Procedures and any other relevant documentation for the role

About You

• 1-2 years of experience in processing expenses
• Previous experience in Finance or SSC/BPO is recommended
• Good organization, problem-solving, communication customer orientation skills
• Ability to process hight volumes of invoices with high accuracy
• Good command of English
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset
