Roles and Responsibilities
- Business Analyst with 5- 10 plus years of experience in Banking/Capital markets space with IT firms/Banking & Financial Services firms
- Experience in business analysis role in the IT implementation projects in the credit risk and operational risk technology
- Operations role in the Banks is not sufficient, Business Analyst role experience in credit and operations risk is a must
- Good understanding of credit risk, operational risk, VaR, CVA, Risk Weighted Assets, capital computation etc.
- Familiarity/Exposure to Moodys Risk Authority product is a plus
- Should have worked on Basel III projects with clients – understanding of Basel IV would be an added bonus
- Familiarity/Exposure to relevant regulations in different geography is expected
- Should be able to work independently on parallel projects
- Good Client Management and Communication skills
