Analyzes the client request and develops an effective search strategy using designated tools and resources. Analyzes data retrieved and selects most relevant and pertinent data for inclusion in client report.

Completes minimum number of client requests on a daily basis per team requirements, may complete higher number of client requests.

Completes client requests within designated quality standards. Under general direction from manager, provides guidance and coaching to newer employees. Communicates and shares methods for success with team and department.

May process client requests directly or support customer care team with question on client requests. Contacts the client for additional input on request whenever needed. Answers questions on completed reports and follows up on client issues with relevant internal contacts.
