Lead – Business Analyst

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Senor Business Analyst with strong organizational and planning skills and proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude, and the ability to work with minimal direction and supervision. The ideal candidate will have a metrics/data-driven analytical mindset of constantly measuring success and driving continuous improvement in tools, content, and programs. They will be a change agent in the use of analytics to provide deeper insight into business performance and future operations

You will:

1. Leverage Maverics competency to identify and spec-out integrated Banking solutions through partners platform, to help drive Maverics business Growth
2. Translate Business use-cases to IT team, and Tech-Solutions to Clients & Partners
3. Articulating value prop
4. Analyse & Model business domain to create a complete picture of use-cases, work-flows and architecture
5. Create backlog of accelerators, demos, case studies and position papers & deliver working along with Tech team
6. Drive solution design workshops, proposition, POC’s based on competitive analysis and industry trends
7. Provide governance reports on progress/issues to increase transparency and increase senior stakeholder engagement.
8. Develop artefacts, whitepapers, blogs, and articles, for Pre-Sales and Marketing
9. Help in building solutions, blueprints and accelerators which helps our P&L and sales organization to gain mind share of technology and banking leaders within the target banks.
10. Help P&L and Sales teams to win new logos and / or large deals in existing accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Must-Haves

• Experience in Open Banking, Digital Banking , Compliance, Retail, Wealth, Fraud and Risk (KYC/AML)
• Experience in Solutioning , Consulting , implementation and responding to RFPs/RFIs ( pre-sales )
• Experience in business processes, data analysis and implementing solutions in the banking space
• Technology Appreciation – Scope , Architecture , Design, Data models
• Ability to identify the best solution – across platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills for data management & process re-engineering.
• Ability to analyse and identify technical drawbacks and increase process efficiency by re-thinking.
• Experience in Client Interaction with Senior Management and Architects
• Curiosity and ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple tasks
• Self-driven, critical thinking, analytical abilities, effective verbal & written communication, eye for detail, perseverance, analytical thinking, sound independent decision making and teamwork
• Outstanding written and verbal skills and the ability to influence and motivate teams
• Have done Customer Facing role in earlier engagements
• Software Engineering Methodologies like SDLC e.g. Waterfall, Iterative (Agile/Scrum)

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with trends in digital banking and FinTech areas
• Understanding of regulations – GDPR, CCPA, BASEL III, Payment Tech
• Hands on experience in MIS reporting and dashboards
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps,

LOCATION: Bangalore

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 8 years of total experience, with at least 6 years in Business Analysis in BFSI domain.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

• A bachelor’s degree : BE/BTech/MCA/BBA from tier-1/2 Schools with excellent academic achievements
• MBA from reputed institutions
• Certifications : CSM/CBAP/CCBA
