Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Owner Respective Required Industries or services.
• Minimum 2 required years of experience of BA experience in UiPath Implementation projects.
• Create and maintain documentation, as well as support controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers.
• Identify and support cut-over and implementation tasks.
• Trace and link business requirements to future state design.
• Create and execute test scenarios and test scripts at various stages of the project to validate the solution design.
• Basic and High-Level knowledge of Orchestrator is a must
• Should be able to create the To-Be Design and solutioning independently
• Knowledge on Non-Core UiPath products will be good addition
• Handling UiPath partner products like ABBYY will be a plus.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with RPA Design leads to provide inputs for robotic process automation solutions.
• Prepare and present analysis, methods and results to non-expert personnel, management team and technical experts throughout different projects and processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for others seeking to utilize RPA technologies to automate and streamline existing manual business processes.
• Strong process minded thinking, problem solvers/ solution oriented
• Experience in adapting to defined document templates and getting signoff from clients on requirements.
• Gathering requirements on RPA point of view and integration parameters
• Individual Contributor.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders to understand and respond to their needs in rapidly changing business environments.

Required Skill Set:

• UiPath RPA Business Analyst Certification is a must
• Prior knowledge on RPA along with Document Understanding, AI Centre, Action Centre, and/or Computer vision is a big plus.
• Should be process oriented along with good Presentation and communication skills
• Previous experience in application or implementation support domains is good to have.
• Fluent written and spoken English is a must.
• Basic Knowledge on UiPath Deployment Architecture is good to have
• Prior Experience on PDD creations, ROI/TCO estimations and other similar functional Documentation is a must.
• Change Management experience is a Must and Knowledge of any Testing or ALM tools is good to have.
