Roles and Responsibilities
- Retail Assets financing business understanding – for all the departments Sales, Collection, Risk, credit and Operations.
- Analytical skills, Data modelling skills, Presentation skills, Market research, Problem solving, Eye for details, Communication Skills, Technical acumen, Numeracy.
- Eye for digitization and automation
- MIS Automation and expert skills of SAS, Tableau, SQL, MS Access, MS excel & VBA Macros
- Candidate should have minimum 4 yrs of experience of team management of minimum 10 employees.
- Should have developed multiple dashboards and score cards to support the business.
Job Description:
- Candidate should be able to coordinate with Business stake holders to understand their MIS requirement, provide right solution and work with team developer/ IT developers / IT vendors for getting the processes fully automated and providing meaningful data to Business.
- Ensure proper synergy between various data requirements asked by different stake holders
- Ensure accuracy and timely availability of data to the business stake holders
- Properly maintaining custody of all the data extracted and maintaining the historical data as per the company policy.
- Team management to ensure proper back-ups are available and process are well followed by the team while preparing and sharing the data.
Desired Candidate Profile
CA/ MBA in Finance / Post graduate/ graduate (Comp Sci, IT, Maths, Stats)
Candidate should have 10 yrs of work experience out of which 3-4 yrs of work experience in Data Analytics and team management.
