Duties

• Strategize, lay out visualizations, and conduct validation on customer retention program dashboards
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product Analytics teams to derive actionable insights and influence customer retention strategy
• Produce robust documentation of the customer retention data ecosystem
• Own and drive data benchmarking and data migration projects
Skills

• Demonstrated understanding of B2B enterprise marketing reporting, especially with a post-sale focus
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, tools, and technology at larger enterprise companies
• Experience working with or knowledge of tools similar to Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Microsoft Excel
• Proven track record of quickly learn new technology such as Marketo, Pendo, GainsightPX, etc.
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Self-motivated, diligent, organized, and willing to take complete ownership of a project
• Flexible, can-do outlook, with the ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment
Education
