NetApp is seeking a detail-oriented data and reporting analyst in our Direct Procurement organization
1. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive accurate BOM and part attribute data foundation as we transition master data from Excel environment to enterprise systems
2. Help drive data accuracy improvement and transformation of data from excel to enterprise tools, such as Oracle Product Data Hub and Agile PLM
3. Cleanse, analyze and connect massive amount of data to validate data, generate analytics and create reports for supply base management team
4. Use tools such as MS Excel, MS Access, MS Office VBA, Power BI, Tableau, and others to automate data analysis and reports
5. Ensure accurate documentation
General requirements:
• 5+ years experience in data analysis
• Good interpersonal communication skills required to work successfully with staff and managers within and outside the function
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and self-directed
• Work in project based environment, multi-tasking to meet fast paced and dynamic organization deadlines
• Knowledge in supply chain Bill of Material concepts and procurement involving component suppliers and contract manufacturers
• Willing/able to work staggered shifts to allow for live communication with global teams (i.e. something like 7pm-4am, 3pm-12am, or 12am-9am India Standard Time
