Job Role:
· 8-10 years experience in a large complex banking organization or major consulting organization
· Several years of 6+ years of hands on experience in Agile Scrum
· Significant Experience as Technical Business Analyst with understanding of complex business systems – “Cash management”,”core banking”
· Understanding of databases (preferably DB2) & ability to quickly master the schema and run reasonably complex SQLs
· Quick learner capable to understand and drive through front-to-back solutions and dive deep as needed
· Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills; ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications.
· Ability to develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents; including identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path
· Ability to proactively manage change in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
· Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
· Proficient with Jira, MS Office applications: Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint
