Key Accountabilities

1. Handling Mobile / Internet Banking Projects for Digital Bank program.
2. Coordination with Stakeholders/Business team to understand the requirements.
3. Coordination with technical team on design queries
4. Handle Business requirements and prepare Functional specs/Narratives and to support all Major and Adhoc releases using Agile (Scrum) Methodologies.
5. To conduct feasibility analysis for requirement changes and providing alternate solutions wherever feasible

Job Duties and Reponsibilities
1. Exposure to more than one functional area of banking is must. Digital banking experience is good to have.
2. Provide inputs for the new projects preparation and support in estimations & other activities.
3. Successfully handling Business requirements for Mobile Banking major and adhoc releases.
4. Interface with business team to gather business requirements and works on the Functional Specs/Narratives.
5. Conducting workshops with Business, Operations & Technology teams and transforming provided User Stories into Narrative/FSDs, capturing happy path, alternate path, exception path, customer journey, definition of done and attaining business sign off.
6. Create and manage process flow diagrams, flow charts, business flow with Visio/Excel or any other equivalent tool.
7. To conduct workshops with Development team/leads to familiarize them with the functional specification/narrative documents.
8. Helps in detailed design phase and resolves requirement issues during Testing phases of project.
9. Review test cases prepared for testing the solution during Testing phases, extend support to the business.
Working knowledge on CI/CD tools, like JIRA/Confluence.
