Roles and Responsibilities
We have urgent opening forTableau Developer with AWS position
Keep users up to date with alerts, documentation, and any other tool specific information
Migration of change through the Development and Testing environments
On-going maintenance and day-to-day support of the Tableau Desktop and related reports
A focus on continuous improvement and a big picture view
Incident, problem and service outage management
Managing/Administering Connections of data sources
Develop metrics reporting in Tableau for management reporting
Managing support tickets for creation to closure.
Skills & Experience:
• Required skills:
o 3-5 years of relevant IT experience
o 2+ years’ experience in Tableau Admin
o Ability to work autonomously and provide technical expertise
o Experience working collaboratively across cross functional teams
o Experience developing workbooks from multiple data sources using data blending.
o Modify and troubleshoot existing reports and rebuilding or repointing existing reports to another data sources.
o Performance tuning of reports.
o Good understanding of database and Excel.
o Knowledge and experience in other tools such as Microsoft Power BI is desirable.
o Good communication skills.
Knowledge of Amazon cloud (EC2, RDS and S3) will be an added advantage
