Role: Backend Engineer (with a Deep-Learning and Computer Vision technologies funded startup)
Job Role:
We’re looking for analytical, result- driven Backend Engineers who will work with team members to troubleshoot and improve current back-end applications and processes.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Work Experience: 2-7 Years of experience with solid foundation in computer science and strong competency in data structures, algorithms and software design
Minimum Qualification
Bachelors in Computer Science from top tier engineering college.
Create micro-services and tools, manage servers (GCP), create reports etc.
Architect and build the back-end for corresponding web services (Python and related frameworks).
Design and develop databases for real-time, high availability financial data.
Will be working with MongoDB, Redis, Javascript, Node.js, Python
Proficient in at least one programming language: Golang / Python / C++ / Java
Preferred Qualification
Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Strong systems, architecture and database fundamentals.
Prior experience with Javascript (Node.js), Python(FastApi,Django), MongoDB
Web development concepts – basics of REST APIs, server architecture
Interest in building things from scratch and be a decision maker here
Interest (and/or experience) in the Data Analysis – interest trumps experience
Experience with large scale distributed systems (Hadoop, HBase, MapReduce, Spark, Storm)
Experience in a startup environment is a plus
