Responsibilities:
1. Report on operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis, and present summary of findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format
2. Must have Advance Excel Skills in order to compare and present true reports to the Management for business decisions.
3. Must have very good Analytical & Logical Skills.
4. Create and maintain daily operational scorecards to track and report on KPIs; assist in volume forecast and capacity planning as needed
5. Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
6. Design, Develop & Implement MIS Processes into the Organization at all levels.
7. Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner
8. Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
9. Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team, Supporting Sales Profits and Profitability.
10. Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed
11. Understand Dealer, Distributor and Sales Team problems and provide Areawise,Vertical Wise and Teamwise reports to Management
12. Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring issues related to company business standards and activities.
13. Establish a strong relationship with Team Managers and management through a demonstration of industry knowledge and of the business issues at hand
14. Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvements, Maintain thorough understanding of data and information resources
15. Maintain a status on all projects and proactively communicate with Sales Team, Dealer Distributors & management.
16. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
17. Planning, monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting IT frameworks.
18. Create Reports Dashboard as per guidelines of the Management.
Soft Skills:
1. Must have excellent English, Hindi Communication Skills and a Positive Work Attitude.
2. Must be Ability to Lead, Manage and Handle Team Under Him/Her.
3. Must be a Handworker and must take Ownership of the department and should be able to adjust fast with Company Culture Roles and Responsibilities
