Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyse and build industry standard P&C insurance products for International business
- Analyze and build document template using third party wire-framing/mock-up software
- Develop processes for the collection and analysis of data
- Review and validate data as collected from different systems
- Work with the business architect and other stakeholders to assess current capabilities and identify customer requirements
- Elicit detailed product requirements and use cases with business stakeholder
- Develop and maintain business requirements.
- Enhance business analysis processes
Desired Candidate Profile
- A basic knowledge of any programming syntax
- Well versed with business modelling techniques process flow diagram, conceptual modelling, use case modelling, wire-framing techniques
- Experience in Product Configuration, Data Analytics & Javascript
- Experience with P&C software applications (Policy Administration, Billing, Rating Engines, Transactional processing and third party system integrations). (Nice to have)
- Can work independently as well as part of a team to achieve business objectives
- Is meticulous and has the willingness to learn
- Good time management skills and ability to lead the team
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
- 1-2 years of experience working in Agile environment
- Full knowledge of SDLC and testing lifecycle
- Mentor and train new joiners
- Involve in removing impediments during the product lifecycle.
8-10 years of Business Analysis experience
- BE/ BTECH/ MCA/ M TECH
- Strong knowledge of business and data analysis using BI techniques
- Leadership qualities and proactive-ness in problem solving.
