Overview
A new team is being built to plan and execute projects and testing events involving Cash-related Financial Market Utilities such as the Federal Reserve Bank, Bank of England, and Reserve Bank of Australia. This team will plan and execute multiple annual projects and multiple periodic events using standard frameworks and methodologies.
This role will report to the new Manager of the FMU team (located in US). The Sr Consultant Business Analyst role is responsible for working with Operational, Business, Project Manager, Technology and Testing partners to plan and execute regulatory activities as required by the Cash FMUs. These activities include many types of contingency testing with other participant banks and the regulator as well as annual attestation projects. The role may also conduct business analysis activities for productivity improvement projects, including process reengineering.

Major Duties
Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult.
As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level.
Operates independently and has in-depth knowledge of business unit, specific area of expertise and strong knowledge in other areas.
Understand the upcoming testing events, and coordinates the planning and execution of these events
Working with the Project Manager and Payment Scheme Consultant group, plan and execute numerous annual attestation projects
Responsible for direct interaction with different committees, various levels of management, and external regulatory bodies
For productivity improvement projects, conducts project live cycle activities (scope, requirements gathering, process reengineering, collaborate on solution, writing test scripts, acting as point of contact with Technology during development and Testing during testing phases, prepares for operational readiness)
