Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
Responsibilities:
- Keep management updated: Relay vital information in the form of timely and accurate reports
- Impact the bottom line: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations
- Define Sutherland s reputation: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction; provide coaching and feedback to CSRs
- Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
- Take the lead: Monitor calls/chats/e-mails as per defined sample plan and targets; report out any ZT cases and take necessary action; perform RCA and take corrective actions for defects identified during monitoring; drive quality awareness and improvement initiatives across program
To succeed in this position, you must:
- 10 12 years of proven Business Analysis experience in US Healthcare domain
- Strong Implementation knowledge on HIPAA EDI and HL7 transactions
- Proficient in the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile Scrum
- Capture and interpret business / functional requirements producing comprehensive business / functional requirements documentation, translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Strong presentation skills – Experience in conducting client / stakeholder product walkthroughs / demonstrations,
Collaborate with PO to create features Suggestions to split if needed - Experience using techniques such as UML, and use cases desirable
- Solid experience in defining business process flows and workflows
Advanced Visio, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Outlook), RM tools and other business productivity tools - Demonstrate leadership qualities, client communication, people management and lead meetings
