Job Description
Key Responsibilities • Insurance and Banking domain BA required. • Business Analyst having 6+ experience in Credit Control/Insurance domain. Looking for someone with an understanding of credit control and that has tangible experience of working in an agile way within a scrum type environment ability to build strong relationships with the business, collaborating closely with business representatives and developers and working closely with a scrum master on the backlog and planning sprint content. Primary Responsibilities -Analyze business processes and propose software solutions to solve problems in QBE . Suggest workflow improvements to help streamline processes using digital technology .Work with various stakeholders across the business and technical teams. Create documentation and build model diagrams for processes and data flow ? Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy ? Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Coordination with local stakeholders like Businesses, Industry Associations, local Communities, Government Departments, and various Researchers. ? Problem analytical skills, problem solving skills and capacity to work independently as well as in team. ? Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. ? Develop layouts and wireframes to ensure the solution meets the user requirements Translate business requirements into technical requirements for software developers ? Support internal QA and testing by enabling them to formulate functional test cases ? Coordinate and facilitate UAT in coordination with appropriate business users ? Generate exception and outlier reports to find gaps in the data and identify issues ? Should be familiar with different types of IT delivery models, viz. agile / waterfall. Experience in building models and diagrams using Visio, PowerPoint, or similar tools. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and building relationships A flair for understanding and streamlining business processes will be a big plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
