Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Description:
WarpDrive Tech Works is looking for candidates with outstanding leadership experience,
strong knowledge about Salesforce and excellent communication skills to join our Business
Analyst (BA) program. BAs collaborate with our clients business to deliver business-led
Salesforce solutions that help them adapt to their unique challenges and opportunities.
Each incoming analyst is provided with a range of project opportunities to develop their
skills and interests while also building a strong foundation as analyst and future leader at
WarpDrive Tech Works.
The primary responsibilities of the Business Analyst are to interpret, understand, document
and communicate the business requirements of a client. The Analyst will need to be a self-
starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and will
need to be able to think big while paying careful attention to detail. The Analyst should be
able to cons recommendations and document Business Related Document based on
business data and Salesforce knowledge.
Key role and Responsibilities include: –
• Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business
requirements
• Should have Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software
Development Lifecycle
• Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development
of Salesforce solutions for our clients
• Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a
clients business requirements and fulfil user stories.
• Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business
requirements
• Participate in key meetings with clients and should have prior experience of working
with them on site including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance
testing, and end user training.
• Salesforce Admin Certification and one Consulting Cloud Certification (Sales, Service
or Community.
• In this role, the analyst is expected to have exemplary communication and
documentation skills.
• Constructs forecasts, recommendations and document Business Related Document
based on business data and Salesforce knowledge.
