4+ years experience as a Senior Business Analyst
Experience in digital development/transformation including Customer and User Experience SaaS product development experience is an advantage
Strong stakeholder management experience is essential
Providing clear, punctual and accurate communication skills that quickly describe the nature of what you’re trying to achieve
Strong ability to engage with technical data teams and the business (non-technical) at all levels within the business in both written documentation and workshops
Strong agile mindset, supporting the project management team to get things done quickly for the business and team
A can-do attitude, and not afraid to bring about rapid change.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
