Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the development of robust NLP and machine learning pipelines to deliver stable and efficient production-ready components and solutions.
- Understand business problems/objectives and develop strategy/roadmap to pilot and build NLP-based software products that help to achieve business goals.
- Identify unexplored data opportunities for the business to unlock and maximize the potential of digital data within the organization.
- Develop highly scalable classifiers and tools leveraging machine learning, data regression, and rules-based models.
- Build the tools for user profiling, personalized search, and products recommendation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidates with 0-1 years of experience with good background in the field of NLP
- Understanding in NLP, Machine Learning, and deep learning algorithms like CNN, RNN, LSTM, BERT, SVM etc.
- Python for data science
- Experience with NLP tools and frameworks eg: Spacy, HuggingFace and ML/DL frameworks such as sci-kit learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Good Python programming skills & ability to quickly learn and adapt to software systems & toolkits, hands-on experience with modern software engineering practices
- Familiarity with querying SQL databases
- Exposure to the AWS ecosystem, Docker, Kubernetes is preferred
- Must be a clear communicator, collaborative, self-motivated, ability to work in a cross-functional environment
- Must have a passion for problem-solving
- CSE or equivalent degree with 75%+ in 10th, 12th, and graduation
