Job Description:

• To derive consumer insights from data, identify patterns and come up with ways to retain consumers , increase top line and bottomline
• Responsible for giving insights to management and help in strategic planning
• Structure concise reports with insights supported by solid analytics and logical thinking
• Root cause Analysis of problems and suggesting improvements to product/ops based on insights
• To build consumer journeys basis consumer insight and automate user journey 
• Manage initiatives with E-commerce team on automation requirements and develop analytical models for quick decision making, leveraging IT as an enabler to better sales efficiencies
• Knowledge of python and data visualization tools like tableau, power bi, qlik sense etc.

Qualification – Graduate

Experience

-> 1-2 yrs of experience working as a BA in E-commerce industry

-> Well versed with SQL and Excel

-> Highly Analytical with an ability to think outside the box

-> Good effective communication and team skills – Results oriented and entrepreneurial
