Key Responsibilities :
– Understand and analyse data to drive business insights for various functional teams.
– Perform root cause analysis and problem solving with teams.
– Provide high quality reports to the management and business stakeholders.
Educational Qualifications and Experience required :
– 5-6 years of experience in Application Management and support.
– Expert in data visualization tools and techniques.
– Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– High proficiency in PLSQL, Excel, Tableau.
– Experience in Machine Learning preferred (Python etc.)
– Good communication skills and the ability to be a team player.
