Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership to understand their reporting requirements and develop dashboards in Spotfire or Excel reports to meet their needs.

Use programming, scripting or tooling to automate the integration, transformation, interpretation, presentation and delivery of data and metrics.

Work with internal subject matter experts to understand underlying data and standard practices for calculating key metrics within Spotfire dashboards.

Support colleagues with ad-hoc requests to assist in data exploration, wrangling and analysis.

Maintain our existing Spotfire dashboards by ensuring that they remain accurate and relevant as business needs and underlying data changes.

Leverage analytics best practices to design dashboard visualizations that enable business users to easily navigate to find the information they need.

Work with IT as needed to request and test new data fields in our Corporate Data Warehouse.

Dedicate time to researching new techniques, tools and approaches that will help us continue to improve the way we present and deliver insights to our stakeholders.

Maintain awareness of new Spotfire releases and mods to understand additional capabilities that may help us continue to innovate and deliver dashboards people love to use.

Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests which may involve extracting data from other systems and using Excel and/or Spotfire to analyze the data to produce the required report.

Collaborate regularly with team members and experts on Zoom calls, slack, and email.

Keep leadership informed about the progress of assigned projects and when additional support is needed.

2 – 5 years experience using Spotfire or other business intelligence software to design interactive dashboards

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel including how to use formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP functions to analyze data

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in SQL or a desire to learn

Familiarity with using Python or R is a plus

Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate business requirements into data and logic requirements for building new dashboards

Passionate about transforming data into business insights

Familiarity with Salesforce or Gainsight is a plus, but is not required.
