We are looking for a Senior data engineer. Role requires taking ownership for end to end delivery in an Agile team setting. He/she will interact directly with the users and with other technologists across the firm to build requisite framework and application development for the strategic Settlement platform renovation multi-year initiative. If you have a track record of data modelling, implementing high volume data pipelines and building business intelligence, we would like to meet you.

Skills required :

• 5+ years experience of database design development.

• Excellent working knowledge of Data Warehouse / RDBMS.

• Sound understanding of Data Architecture Principles, Data Governance, Data Strategy, Data Standards, Data Quality, Data Modelling and Data Definitions.

• Proficient in SQL, JSON. Working knowledge of Python / Perl / Java programming.

• Experience building ETL jobs data pipelines.

• Experience of Agile development practices.

Skills desired (Optional):

• Prior experience in FinTech application development.

• Experience in designing cloud-based data pipelines solutions.

• Understanding of Document oriented / NoSQL / Cloud datastore.

• Exposure to working in a global delivery team.

• Experience of leading and mentoring developers.
