Job role:
- Creating automated dashboards to measure metrics on risk strategy and portfolio performance establishing and monitoring policies and procedures that will assist the organisation accomplish its risk management goals monitoring and reviewing active accounts to reduce or eliminate bad debt losses
- By assessing product design and operational processes from a credit risk standpoint, you may help influence them.
- Contribute to the development of the Omni Channel collections treatment plan so that we can make the most of our analytics and technology to improve collection efficiency.
