Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
Roles and Responsibilities
– Support Resource Managers in resource strategy, planning and day to day governance of headcount plans
– Support monthly resource lock process by preparing monetization reports in Excel and otherwise (as needed)
– Assist with CSS Modern Life, Gaming and Customer Service and/or Modern Workplace SBU in fiscal and quarterly planning cycles.
– Update and maintain volume and HC forecast to delivery partner capacity and invoicing attribution in Anaplan and other CSS planning tools
– Maintain planning taxonomy structures like Planning Categories (PCY), Engagement IDs (EIDs), Site Engagement IDs (SEIDs), etc.
– Analyze and provide proactive insights on issues impacting the accurate monetization of budgets & costs
– Develop and test user stories for Anaplan to ensure integrity of plan and usability of Anaplan for SBU level planning processes
– Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required for presentation during MBRs, ROBs & LT reviews
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have experience in SQL,Power BI, MS Excel and Power Point.
