Job Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data solutions (storage, integration, processing) in Azure
- Design and implement database solutions in Azure Dataverse, Azure Data Lake Store, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse SQL
- Design and implement storage solutions in Azure for Files, Blob, Queues & Tables
- Architect and implement simple to complex ETL and Data processing solutions using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, HD Insights, SSIS etc..
- Setup & Automate data solutions
- Design & implement data security and governance policies and standards
- Prepare documentation and architectural designs
- Propose designs that consider cost/spend in Azure and develop recommendations to right-size Azure data infrastructure
- Work within a project management/agile delivery methodology in a leading/member role as part of a wider team.
- Recognize and adapt to the changes in processes as the project/product evolves in size and function
- Analyze and understand complex datasets
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (both oral/written) with the ability to communicate with clarity & precision
- Excellent understanding of Azure cloud platform & other critical data components
- Model Solution/Data/Storage architecture, Design & Model Data warehouse/Data solutions (Sr. Data Architect/Data Engineer)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6 8 year of Total IT experience
- At least 5-7 years of software development experience, and 3 years of experience on Azure Data Platform / technologies
- Knowledge of other Azure Services like Analysis Service, PowerBI will be an added advantage
Other Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified For
- Designing and Implementing Cloud Data Platform Solutions
- Engineering Data with Microsoft Cloud Services
- Additional experience in Other Data ETL tools such as Informatica Cloud,Talend
- Experience & understanding of US Pharma business model for Clinical, Quality & Commercial activities
