Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform data review, cleansing/scrubbing, augmenting, validating, preparing catastrophe model exposure data for catastrophe risk analysis. Creating summary reports of client provided exposure.
- Preparing model input files & importing data into the modeling platform.
- Involve in data enhancement (completeness and accuracy) by implementing integrated tools available, reviewing engineering survey reports and recommendations.
- Undertake model sensitivity/comparative analysis of Client Data and Enhanced Data. Prepare exposure comparison reports.
- Lead/assist on projects/accounts and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Modeling for various perils including earthquake, windstorm, flood, wildfire on property exposures and preparing catastrophe modeling reports
- Understanding of basic framework of Catastrophe Models will be an added advantage.
