Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Business Finance Manager (MM – FP&A) . In this role you will:
- M&A, support in fundraise and investors relations.
- MIS reports preparation on business performance (Monthly/quarterly) along with managerial reporting, variance analysis
- Be a part of all business reviews with internal and external stakeholders. Lead budgeting and planning exercise
- Support investor MIS and query resolution
- Generate and share insights on P&L and cashflow forecasts
- Identify opportunities across business functions in order to optimize financial metrics
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management
- Drive annual operating plan & its monitoring against actuals,
- Support Investor relations & coordinate with credit agencies & financial institutions for working capital requirements
- Be a business partner to stakeholders for delivering business performance analysis

What we are looking for:
- CA qualified with 3 -6 years of working experience in Start-up or Service Industry
- Experience with International consolidation and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting standards & taxation
- Ability to communicate analysis in a clear, succinct, and persuasive manner
- Passion to work in entrepreneurial set-ups, creating / managing a business, comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and working in a constantly evolving business environment
- A desire to work in the impact space, with a passion to make the world a “better” place.
