1. Should have prior experience in Business requirement analysis

2. Understand operational objectives by studying the business requirements, collating the requirements and tracking the implementation of the system features

3. Documenting both high level and detailed requirements. Creating workflow, Use case and sequence diagrams as part of documentation

4. Good team player. Should be able to work with the technical and test teams to implement the required solutions.

5. Should be able to detail out the impact of changes in the system.

6. Good communication skills

7. Should be able to perform system integration testing to ensure the behavior of the system is in line with business requirements

8. Should be able to take lead on issues and work with teams to resolve it.

9. Post Covid, may involve occasional travel outside Mumbai .
