Roles and Responsibilities
1. Preparation of short term and long-term business plans.
2. Preparation and validation of monthly and annual data results and producing exceptional reports.
3. Responsible for consolidating and analysing complex information and deliver creative business solutions to all problems.
4. Preparing sales data, projection reports, optimization of store locations, market dynamics and forecasting trends.
5. Delivering inputs to management on strategies to ensure the business deliverables are met within the required quality and timeframe.
6. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
7. Responsible for preparation of financial modelling, monitoring and variance reports.
8. Making of business planning, strategies in close coordination with business heads.
9. Development of sales plans and objectives. Monitoring and evaluating sales performance and providing actionable insights.
10. Make business trend analysis on the basis of past trends & current market conditions.
11. Identify Gaps, problems, analyses root cause and provide solutions which help to increase the efficiency of the business process.
12. Provide inputs on cost reduction measures.
13. Analysing Performance trends and chart out suggestions and corrective measures wherever required.
