Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for driving business operations across multiple services in fulfilment, operations, customer experience and own the key metrics delivery.
- Will be responsible to drive external stakeholders and enable third party partnerships to assist with multiple aspects of the program.
- Will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders such as product and tech teams, medical experts, operations team, to execute and deliver key operational / system processes impacting business metrics.
- Help scale up growth for the business through innovative solutions in the initial phase
- Institutionalize digital / cutting edge features and drive strong product change management across all products and tools enabling best in class user / consumer experience.
