Roles and Responsibilities
3-5 year of experience
- Understand the machine learning workflow in production
- Deploy a model within SageMaker.
- Use API Gateway and Lambda to integrate ML models into a web app
- Tune hyperparameters of an XGBoost model using SageMakers automatic hyperparameter tuning tools.
- Run an A/B test on SageMaker to compare the tuned model to the untuned model. • Implement image processing techniques like color and geometric transforms.
- Program your own convolutional kernel for object edge detection.
- Image Representation and Analysis
- Knowledge about the layers of a deep convolutional neural network: convolutional, max-pooling, and fully-connected layers.
- Build a CNN-based image classifier in Tensorflow & Keras
- Knowledge about layer activation and feature visualization techniques.
- Knowledge about Features and Object Recognition
- Image Segmentation
- Knowledge of region-based CNNs, like Faster R-CNN, has allowed for fast, localized object recognition in images.
- Work with a YOLO/single-shot object detection system
- Knowledge about attention mechanisms & image captioning
- Understand motion models that define object movement over time.
- Know how to analyze videos as sequences of individual image frames.
- Implement a method for tracking a set of unique features over time.
- At least 2 years experience in Pytorch, Computer vision, TensorFlow.
- At least 1-year of experience in YOLO.
